We keep this simple and honest. Returns are accepted only when the product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item. Here's exactly how it works.
Report within 48 hours
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@beweirdo.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a clear unboxing photo/video showing the issue.
Claims raised after 48 hours, or without supporting photo/video evidence, cannot be processed.
Replacement, not refund
For approved damaged or wrong-item claims, we issue a replacementof the same product. Refunds are offered only in rare cases where a replacement isn't possible, and are at our sole discretion.
What we don't accept
Returns and exchanges are not available for:
- Size issues or wrong size ordered — please check the size guide before ordering.
- Change of mind after ordering.
- Orders undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
No cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed or shipped. Please review your cart, size, and address carefully before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched.
